Definitions

Cosmopolitan : some one who is familiar with and at ease in many different countries and cultures. 
                          Or something that is composed of elements from all parts of the world or                              from many different spheres.


Democracy: a form of government where people are responsible for choosing the leader via votes
                 Or an organization or situation in which everyone is treat equally and has equal rights


Green Public Space: any open piece of land that is accesible to the public and has land that is partly or completely covered with grass, trees, shrubs, or other vegetation. These places can be parks, community gardens, cemeteries, schoolyards, playgrounds, public seating areas,public plazas and vacant lots. Open space provides recreational areas for residents and helps enhance the beauty and environmental quality of neighborhoods.
